Beautiful Breakfast for a Beautiful Day

As a typical night owl sleeping through typical breakfast hours, it was a challenge to incorporate breakfast into my routine. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but not for the reason you may typically think. Your daily intake and expenditure will guide your energy balance, but how you start your day impacts how you’ll end.
